The Open Lab schedule has been added to the main page for the Summer '08 Quarter.
IP Printing in the Labs – We have instituted IP printing in all labs. Previously we used Queue Printing in the labs, but due to some incompatibilities with the new Postscript in CS3, IP printing will alleviate the printing problems we seen over the last quarter. IMPORTANT: Students must be logged into Clean Access to print.
New Clean Access Client for Macs – The new CCA client for Mac has been added to all labs. This functions very similar to the PC client, and allows the students to login and logout of Clean Access without having to use a browser. Click on the link on the main page to download the instructions on how to use the new client.
New Dual Boot Labs – We have added 2 new Dual Boot labs, rooms 614 and 615. This now gives AiP 5 Dual Boot Labs, the 2 above, 629, 630,and 633. The Dual Boot labs grants the students the ability to boot the computer either into Mac OS or the Windows OS.
REMEMBER to check the calendar page for Technology services extended hours.
